Return Policy

Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days from the date of order delivery. Requests submitted after 3 days will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

2. Frame Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, frames must be completely unused, free of scratches or signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging with all included hard cases, microfiber cloths, and price tags attached. All returned items undergo mandatory quality inspection at our warehouse before approval.

3. Custom Prescription (RX) Lenses & Cancellation Policy

Prescription (RX) lenses are custom-manufactured medical devices cut specifically to your individual vision requirements and Pupil Distance (PD):

Non-Refundable Lenses: Custom RX lenses are strictly non-refundable for "change of mind" returns or post-delivery returns.

Order Cancellation Rules: Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. However, if RX lenses are involved, the order cannot be fully refunded. Because custom lens cutting begins immediately upon order placement, cancellations will be treated as frame-only cancellations, and the RX lens processing fee will not be refunded.

4. Defect & Accuracy Guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing discrepancy in lens power compared to your submitted prescription, we will remake your lenses or issue a 100% full refund/replacement at zero cost, provided the issue is reported within 3 days of delivery.

5. Partial COD Payment & Advance Deposit Terms

To prevent fake orders and cover custom lens manufacturing, we do not offer 100% Cash on Delivery. All Partial COD orders require a non-refundable advance deposit at checkout. The remaining balance must be paid to the delivery agent upon arrival.

6. Forfeiture on Unaccepted COD Deliveries

If a Partial COD order is rejected, cancelled after dispatch, or undelivered due to an incorrect address/customer unavailability, the advance deposit will be forfeited to cover non-recoverable custom lens cutting and return shipping charges.

7. Reverse Logistics & Refund Processing

Return Shipping: For mind-change frame returns within the 3-day window, a flat reverse shipping charge of ₹100 will be deducted from your eligible frame refund, or you may self-ship the item back to our registered warehouse address.

Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after warehouse inspection. Prepaid refunds will be issued to the original payment source; Partial COD refunds will be issued via UPI or direct bank transfer.
